What exactly is waived, and until when?
The $647 one-time build fee. It is the charge for designing and building the site itself, and it is waived on any plan ordered before Thursday December 31 2026. The monthly plan fee is unchanged: the waiver is a discount on the build, not on the service.
Is anything charged before the site is live?
Yes, the first month of your plan. It is charged by card through Stripe when you order, because that is what starts the build, and the plan then renews monthly as a subscription. Nothing else is taken at checkout. Outside the waiver window the build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it.
Which plan should I order?
The Folio if you want the site itself, fully managed, and that is all. The Broadside if you also want the AI Engine answering guest questions from your real menu. The Standing Order if you want the heaviest article and search program on top. You can move between plans by request through the client portal between billing periods.
How long until my site is live?
7 days from onboarding on The Folio, 10 on The Broadside and 15 on The Standing Order. The clock starts when the onboarding form is back with us, not when you order.
What if I do not like what you build?
You approve the site before it points at your domain. Changes before launch are part of the build, not revisions, so nothing about the launch version is final until you say it is. After launch, 5 revisions a month cover any change you want, returned in 2 to 5 working days.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, and the plan stops at the end of the paid month. All sales are final, so the months already paid are not refunded, and the domain transfers to you at no charge.
Do I need to have my menu finished first?
No. Send what exists today, including a photograph of a printed card, and we set it. Menus change constantly in a chef-led kitchen, which is exactly why changing one is a revision rather than a project.
Who owns the site and the words on it?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the menu text is yours, and the articles published to your archive are yours. MenuWebStudio LLC builds and runs the site; we are not a restaurant, a chef for hire, or a food safety, health or licensing authority.
