No. 01 · The list

Set how often we write, or close the file entirely

Change how often MenuWebStudio writes to you, or take your address off the list entirely. One form, one working day, no questions you have to answer.

Your preferences

Two answers and a quick question are required. Everything else is optional and you can leave this page at any point without being asked again.

Sending saves your choice on our list straight away. Nothing else about you is collected, and if you ever want to write instead, reaches a person.

Use the address the email arrived at. If you followed a link from one of our emails it is filled in for you.

What should we do(required)

Pick one. The second and third keep you on the list at a lower volume.

Optional. It changes what we write, and nothing else.

What happens after you send it

  1. 01

    Straight away

    The change is saved

Your address, the change you asked for and anything you added go onto our list the moment you send, and the page confirms it. Nothing else is collected.

  2. 02

    Within one working day

A person reads anything you added

Not a queue and not a bot. If you left a note, someone here reads it. You do not need to do anything else.

  3. 03

    After that

    Anything already in flight stops

An email scheduled before your request may already be on its way. Nothing scheduled after the change reaches you.

What we hold, plainly

What we keep
The address itself, so a suppression list can stop anything reaching it again. That is the whole record.
What we never keep
No reason is ever attached to a name in a report, and nothing on this page sets a cookie or pings an analytics service.
Client email
Invoices, launch notices and anything about your own site are account email, not marketing, so they carry on unless you close the account.
Coming back
Resubscribing is a one-line email to us. We never re-add an address on our own.

The full detail is in the privacy policy, and the cookie policy covers what this site does and does not set in your browser.

If the form will not work for you, one line by email is enough.
