Everything included in a MenuWebStudio website

Every feature of a MenuWebStudio website for chef-led restaurants, and which of the three plans carries it.

01

Menu pages set like a printed menu

The tasting menu, wine list or small-plates list, structured and typeset, never a PDF.

Available on: The Folio, The Broadside, The Standing Order

The menu is content, not a file

Your menu is built as structured content on the page, with each course or item as its own entry, rather than dropped in as a PDF that search engines cannot read and a phone cannot zoom into comfortably. That means the exact wording your kitchen chose, including the line of description under a dish, appears as real, indexable, readable text.

Updating it is a text edit

When a dish, a price or a wine pairing changes, you send the update through your client portal and we set it in the existing structure. There is no redesign, no re-export and no waiting for someone to have a free afternoon to touch a page builder. A full seasonal menu swap counts as one revision, not one per dish.

Reads correctly on a phone at the table

Long menus and wine lists are the pages most likely to be read on a phone, often at the table itself, so the type scale, line length and spacing are set to stay legible at that size rather than only looking good on a designer's laptop screen.

02

Pages that open instantly

Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed.

Available on: The Folio, The Broadside, The Standing Order

Why speed is the first feature

A page that opens instantly keeps the guest who was about to leave for the next search result. Every page is custom coded, ships almost no unnecessary code, and is served from a global edge network, so the site is fast on the day it goes live rather than after someone audits it a year later.

What "90+" actually means

Every plan carries a 90+ Google PageSpeed guarantee on mobile and desktop. If a page ever falls below that after a change on our side, we treat it as our fault to fix, not yours to notice and report.

03

Revisions built for a menu that changes

5 revisions a month included, no size limit, turned around in 2 to 5 working days.

Available on: The Folio, The Broadside, The Standing Order

One revision can be a whole season

A revision is any change request, and there is no limit on how much fits inside one. "Swap the entire tasting menu for the fall lineup, here are the new courses and prices" is one revision, not one per dish. Five are included every month, and each is completed within 2 to 5 working days regardless of size.

Requested from one place

Every client gets a client portal the day the site goes live. Revisions, support tickets, files you owe us and messages to the team all go through it, so a menu change never gets lost in an email thread.

04

Reservations and enquiries land where you already work

Enquiries route into any CRM, booking tool or inbox by API, Zapier or Make.

Available on: The Folio, The Broadside, The Standing Order

No new system to check

A reservation request or contact form enquiry connects into whatever CRM, reservation platform or inbox your team already uses, by direct API, Zapier or Make. Nobody has to log into a new dashboard to see who reached out.

Built for how a diner actually books

Whether guests book through a third-party reservation platform, call the host stand, or fill in a contact form for a private event, the site is built to make the right path obvious for each kind of request rather than funnelling everything through one generic form.

05

Researched articles published every week

2 or 3 articles a week, 2,500 to 3,200 words, written for your kitchen and its area.

Available on: The Folio, The Broadside, The Standing Order

Content that earns search visibility over time

Tiers 1 and 2 publish 2 researched articles a week and tier 3 publishes 3, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, covering the searches your future guests actually run: dining guides, seasonal menu context, and questions specific to your area and cuisine. This is what gives a new site something to rank on beyond its own homepage.

Never a generic restaurant listicle

Articles are researched and written around your actual kitchen, menu style and location rather than a generic "top restaurant tips" template reused across clients, because that kind of thin, repeated content is exactly what search engines increasingly ignore.

06

The AI Engine

AI-assisted menu Q&A and guest support, trained on your actual menu and hours.

Available on: The Broadside, The Standing Order

Answers guests actually ask before they book

The AI Engine, included from The Broadside up, is trained on your real menu, hours and policies to answer common guest questions such as dietary accommodations, dress code or private dining capacity, without a staff member fielding the same question by phone or message repeatedly.

Trained during onboarding, refined after

Launch on this tier runs 10 days rather than 7 because the AI Engine needs your onboarding answers to train against before it goes live. It is refined as your menu and policies change, through the same revision process as the rest of the site.

07

The Content Engine

The full content operation: 3 articles a week plus expanded seasonal and local coverage.

Available on: The Standing Order

The heaviest content schedule on the offer

The Standing Order runs 3 researched articles a week rather than 2, at the same 2,500 to 3,200 word depth, aimed at building out seasonal guides, local dining coverage and menu-adjacent content faster than a smaller kitchen's marketing team realistically could on its own.

Why it takes 15 days to launch

The Content Engine's editorial calendar, sourcing pattern and initial article backlog are built during onboarding, which is why this tier launches in 15 days rather than 7 or 10. The result is a site that starts publishing at full pace from week one rather than ramping up slowly after launch.

08

Hosting, security and uptime, handled

Global CDN, SSL, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included, nothing itemized.

Available on: The Folio, The Broadside, The Standing Order

One fee, nothing to configure

Hosting runs on a global content delivery network with SSL, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included in the monthly fee. There is no separate hosting invoice, no SSL renewal to remember and no bandwidth overage charge waiting in month four.

A busy Saturday night does not slow the site

Traffic spikes, whether from a press mention or a busy holiday weekend, are handled by the same edge network the site is served from every other day, so a good night for the restaurant is not the night the website slows down.

09

A domain, included

One domain registered free in your name for as long as the plan is active.

Available on: The Folio, The Broadside, The Standing Order

Registered in your name, not ours

A new domain is registered free in your name for as long as your plan is active, so you own it outright from day one. If you already have a domain, we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for guests who already know your address.

You keep it if you ever leave

If you ever cancel, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge. It was registered in your name to begin with, so this is a formality rather than a negotiation.

Feature questions

What does the AI Engine actually do for a restaurant?

It answers common guest questions, such as dietary accommodations, dress code or private dining capacity, using information trained on your real menu, hours and policies, so a guest gets an answer without waiting for a phone call to be returned. It is included from The Broadside up.

Does the AI Engine ever take a reservation on its own?

No. It answers questions and can point a guest to your existing reservation platform or contact form, but the reservation itself is completed through the booking system you already use, so nothing about how you actually manage seating changes.

What do the researched articles actually cover?

Topics your future guests are searching for: dining guides for your area, context on your seasonal menu, and questions specific to your cuisine and neighborhood, each 2,500 to 3,200 words. They are researched and written around your actual restaurant rather than a generic template reused across clients.
